ROSEAU, MN (nomadnews.i234.me) – In a disturbing incident, 28-year-old Matthew Sehlstrom-Grindahl of Roseau, Minnesota, faces serious charges of felony domestic assault by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic assault. Court documents reveal that on March 30th, a deputy responded to a rural Roseau residence following a distressing report from a female victim.

The victim alleged that Sehlstrom-Grindahl had choked her and forcefully threw her into a cupboard, causing her to nearly lose consciousness multiple times. The deputy observed blood on the victim’s face, hair, arms, and hands, indicating the severity of the altercation.
