The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Randy Joseph Kappes, 42, of Ulen, for driving after their driver’s license was revoked.
Isaac Earl Sullivan, 33, of Apple Valley, Minnesota, for traffic DUI and refusal to submit to chemical testing.
Sarah Marie Gnadt, 38, of Ada, for selling narcotic drugs in the third degree.
